Breast reduction is the combination of a Breast Lift with removal of breast and fatty tissue to reduce the volume or size of the breasts.
Dr. Ress only performs Breast Reduction surgery as a cosmetic procedure because insurance companies nowadays demand that a great deal of breast tissue be removed frequently resulting in very small breasts. Often, on other doctor’s patients, he has needed to augment breasts previously over-reduced because of these insurance requirements.
Dr. Ress will not let any person or any insurance company make surgical decisions for him. He is committed to only work for the patient’s best interests.
The Breast Evaluation
Is the same as for Breast Lift except for taking into account the reduction in breast volume.
